Samra Origins Vol. 1 brings together two Ethiopian profiles dear to us – natural (Hambela) and washed (Gedeb Beriti) coffees from the METAD network. The naturally processed coffee (60%) contributes fruitedness and the washed coffee (40%) brings acidity and florality. Combining the two brings us an end cup that tastes like berry fruits with the aroma of fresh citrus blossoms. While a blend, this coffee has a brighter profile that is more in line with our Single Origin offerings. Tasting notes: Raspberry, Toffee, Citrus Blossom
