At Blue Bottle Coffee, we strive to provide you with products you fall in love with but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.
We only accept merchandise for returns.
Merchandise is defined as, but not limited to, Accessories, Apparel, Brew Tools, Kettles and does not include Matcha, Instant or other perishable consumable products.
Consumable products, such as food items, whole bean coffee, instant coffee, or matcha, are not eligible for return or refund, whether opened or unopened.
Some of our products are handmade and hand-glazed, so there may be slight variations in color and finish on these products, and variations in the finish do not qualify for complimentary refunds/returns.
Unused merchandise is eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with all packaging materials intact.
- Eligible merchandise includes, but is not limited to, accessories, apparel, brew tools, and kettles, etc.
- To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unused and in sell-able condition, with all packaging intact, instructions included, and packaged the same as they were received. Items received without all packaging (including plastic wrap and shrink wrap) will not be eligible for a refund.
Cafes
Items purchased at cafes can currently only be returned to a cafe.
For a full refund, eligible cafe-purchased items should be returned to the cafe at which they were purchased and include a receipt.
Items accepted for return at a cafe other than where the item was purchased, or accepted for a return without a receipt, are not eligible for a refund and will be reimbursed, at the cafe's discretion, with a Blue Bottle gift card.
Webshop
Items purchased at our webshop can currently only be returned via mail. Returns for items purchased online will not be accepted at cafes.
