Estimated Delivery Times
These timelines are an estimate, not a guarantee, regardless of the selected shipping method (including expedited shipping methods).
Subscriptions are shipped with standard shipping.
Expedited shipping is available for webshop orders
Shipping level is selected at checkout and cannot be changed after an order is placed.
Initial updates to the tracking page, beyond, "Label Created", can often take at least 5 business days (M-F) after ordering to appear.
Standard shipping to U.S. addresses:
Estimated 5-8 business days (M-F) starting the day after the order is placed.
Expedited shipping to U.S. Addresses:
Estimated 3-6 business days (M-F) starting the day after the order is placed.
Please note: we are not able to guarantee cancelations or order changes but if you need to cancel an order, or make any changes to an order, after the order is placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We have a very small window of opportunity to cancel or make any changes to orders after they are placed.
