Estimated Delivery Times
The timelines are an estimate, not a guarantee, regardless of the selected shipping method (including expedited shipping methods).
Subscriptions are shipped with standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available for webshop orders purchased through the US website and destined for US addresses. Shipping level is selected at checkout and cannot be changed after an order is placed.
Standard shipping to U.S. addresses:
Estimated 8-10 business days after the order is placed.
Expedited shipping to U.S. Addresses:
Estimated 3-6 business days after the order is placed.
- Business Days: Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.
- Day 1 for the estimated delivery times above is the day after the order is placed
- Please give U.S. orders at least 5 business days after ordering to show updates on the tracking page
- Updates on tracking for Canadian orders can take significantly longer to appear
