Email domains affected:
- Yahoo
- AOL
- Verizon
- Netscape
- SBC
- any other email domain handled by Yahoo's servers (there are quite a few)
We've recently become aware that Yahoo's email server is delaying delivery of our magic link emails to some of our guest's inboxes.
This is, understandably, making difficult for some of our guests to log in.
We're looking into this, but in the meantime, if you have a non-Yahoo-based email address that you might like to switch over to, that usually solves the problem.
If you do have a non-Yahoo-based email you'd like to use instead, we'll need to make the change on our end. Let us know if you'd like us to do this for you by

Gmail
Gmail can file away our magic link emails into areas that prevent those emails from showing up in your inbox.
"Promotions" seems to be the most likely place to look in your Gmail account.
You can also do a search in your Gmail account, using the phrase
in:anywhere "Sign In To Your Blue Bottle Coffee Account"
