1. Login
Head directly to the Blue Bottle Coffee website.
Log in to the site using the email address that the gift card was sent to by clicking on the person icon in the upper right of the page.
Go through the entire login process for the site and then confirm that you are logged in by clicking on the person icon again.
If it worked, the email address the gift card was sent to will appear in the upper right after clicking the person icon
2. Redeem the Card
Now go back to the email you originally received that informed you that you had received a gift card.
Click the "Redeem Your Gift" button in that email.
3. Check Your Balance
Bypass the email-address confirmation email that arrives in your inbox (you can do that later).
Instead…
Check that the gift card redemption was successful by:
- Heading to the Credits Section of the account while logged in, OR;
- Looking for the credit automatically being applied when you have an item in the cart while logged in.
No "Redeem…" button in the gift card email you received?
You might have a cafe gift card.
You can use the 16 digit number that is included in the gift card email, in-cafe at the register or on the app, for cafe purchases.
