We process placed orders frequently, to ensure that we get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Our goal is to pass each package in an order into the hands of the shipper within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
U.S. Destinations
Our US shipping partners estimate 1-7 business day shipping, after they receive the package.
Canadian Destinations
Our Canadian shipping partners estimate 7-20 business day shipping, after they receive the package.
NOTE: Due to logistical limitations, we are currently unable to ship to Quebec.
Tracking provided by the shipper will offer the most accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of any shipment.
Some orders will ship in more than one package. Once shipped, we provide tracking for each package in an order, in two ways:
- Via the shipping confirmation email we send to the email address used for the order, for each package.
- Via the Order History section of your account dashboard.
Some packages can see no tracking at all until the day the item is delivered. If you don't see the package within 10 days of receiving the tracking email, let us know.
We don’t currently offer expedited shipping options. We are unable to affect shipping speed for orders.
