Due to a technical issue, our warehouse team experienced a delay in shipping orders between 12/23/23 and 1/1/24.
Orders from that period have started shipping as of 1/2/24. Tracking should eventually appear in your Order History, but we are also happy to share it and the status of your order once available if you reach out via email.
These orders are not cancellable at this time but rest assured, our teams are hard at work to make sure you get your order as soon as possible.
