Guidelines:
- The recipient must have the app downloaded prior to sending for the gift to be usable.
Rules:
- If your gift didn’t work, you need to email support with the name, email, and phone number of the intended recipient. Without this information we cannot support requests to reinstate points or promotions.
- Our gift a friend program is intended to be used by separate accounts, and cannot be transferred between accounts belonging to the same person, email, or phone.
- Any issues with the “gift a friend” promotion must be reported to our support email within 48 hours of attempting to use, or we will not be able to assist with reinstating points or promotions.
