Here are a couple videos on how to update your subscription payment method. One video is for a desktop browser, and the other, for a mobile device.
Some tips on using the videos:
- You can pause the video at any time
- You can slow the videos down by clicking the gear icon that appears, when the cursor is placed over the video.
- Whether paused or playing, click anywhere in the purple timeline section that appears, when the cursor is placed over the video, to scroll to a section of the video.
- To enlarge either of the videos to fullscreen, click the three dots on the bottom right hand corner of the video and click the rectangular icon. Click the rectangle icon again to exit the fullscreen view.
Desktop:
- Click on the person icon on the upper right hand corner of your screen
- Click on the "View Account" link
- On the left hand side of the screen click on "Subscription" then "Current Subscription" to navigate to your Subscription Dashboard
- Click on the downward arrow to the right of the subscription you want to update - this will expand the subscription details
- From there, click on the downward arrow next to "Payment method" to expand the payment information
- There you can click "Edit" next to your current payment method to re-enter your payment or add a new payment method
- Click "Save Payment Method"
Mobile:
- Click on the person icon on the upper right hand corner of your screen
- Click on the "View Account" link
- At the top of your screen is a heading that says "Account - Personal Information" - click on the downward arrow next to that heading
- From there select "Current subscription"
- Click on the downward arrow to the right of the subscription you want to update - this will expand the subscription details
- From there, click on the downward arrow next to "Payment method" to expand the payment information
- There you can click "Edit" next to your current payment method to re-enter your payment or add a new payment method
- Click "Save Payment Method"
