Skipping a shipment from your Subscription Dashboard cancels the very next scheduled order while preserving your order frequency. Once you've skipped the shipment the "order date" should be updated to show the next order processing date.
You can also skip or pause from your subscription dashboard. Both options appear within the given subscription within the dashboard.
You can also skip your next shipment from the “Customize my Subscription” link in the email notifying you we are getting ready to roast your next order.
Here is how to pause your subscription:
- Click “Pause Subscription”
- Select “Skip Next Shipment” or "Pause my subscription until..." and choose a date to resume
- Done!
