To modify these elements of your subscription
- Amount per shipment
- Delivery schedule/cadence
- Coffee type
- Next Order date
- Shipment address
Follow these steps:
- If you are not already logged in, log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the upper right of the website
- After logging in, head to your Subscription Dashboard
- Click “Update” next to the subscription option you’d like to change
- Choose a new option
- Click ”Submit”
And you're set!
Note:
You have until the end of the day prior to your upcoming order date to modify any element of your subscription intended to affect that order.
For example, if your next order is scheduled for the 15th, you have until the end of the day on the 14th to make any changes to your subscription that are intended to apply to the order placed on the 15th.
