From your subscription dashboard., you can:
- Skip a shipment
- Pause the subscription
- Move the Next Order date
- Switch payment methods
- Change the type of coffee you're receiving and;
- Modify the frequency of the shipments (every one, two, three, or four weeks)
We aren't able to offer changing the amount per shipment from the subscription dashboard for anything above 12 oz right now, however, you can reach out to us at support@bluebottlecoffee.com and we'll be happy to change the amount to 24 or 36 oz from our end.
We do plan on bringing the ability to easily select between, 6, 12, 24, and 36 oz options back in the near future but we don't currently have a timeline for when it will be released.
