At Blue Bottle Coffee, we strive to provide you with products you fall in love with but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.
With some restrictions (see below), if you would like to return all or part of your order, please reach out to our Guest Experience team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will ask that you package up the items and will send you a prepaid shipping label to send the eligible items back to us.
Once a return is received and processed at our warehouse, we will process a refund minus a $9 flat fee for restocking and the cost of the shipping label.
All items must be unused and with all packaging intact and instructions included to be eligible for a refund. Items received without all packaging (including plastic wrap and shrink wrap) will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to apply an account credit instead of a refund for any items not returned in sellable condition.
Clothing items are ineligible for returns. All clothing items are final sale.
We do not accept returns for coffee, instant coffee, granola or chocolate, or matcha.
Items purchased at cafes can currently only be returned to a cafe.
For a full refund, eligible cafe-purchased items should be returned to the cafe at which they were purchased and include a receipt.
Items accepted for return at a cafe other than where the item was purchased, or accepted for a return without a receipt, are not eligible for a refund and will be reimbursed, at the cafe's discretion, with a Blue Bottle gift card.
Items purchased at our webshop can currently only be returned via mail. Returns for items purchased online will not be accepted at cafes.
