Earning Loyalty Points
You earn one loyalty point for every dollar spent on all items except merchandise. Tax and tips are excluded from point calculations.
Missing Points at Checkout
If you didn't add your points at the register or through the mobile app, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we'll manually add them to your account. Requests made after 48 hours cannot be processed.
Providing Proof of Purchase
To verify a purchase, please provide your cafe receipt. If you don't have it, we can look it up using your payment information. Bank statements are not accepted as proof of purchase.
Gift Cards and Points
Purchasing a gift card does not earn loyalty points. However, using a gift card to purchase drinks or food will earn points as usual.
