We roast all of our coffee to order.
Webshop Coffee Orders
Orders placed via our online shop will roast the very next available roast day for that coffee if ordered before 1:30 PM PST and the next available roast day after that if ordered after 1:30 PM PST.
Our roast days are Monday through Friday.
Single Origin Coffees
Many single origin coffees are roasted only a couple times per week. Keep this in mind when you place your order and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding when a particular coffee is scheduled to roast.
Blends
Most of our blends are roasted Monday through Friday.
Subscription Coffee Orders
Orders for all of our subscriptions are roasted Monday through Friday.
The date for your upcoming subscription order can be seen by heading to the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard. Your subscription will roast the very next available roast day after it's order date.
A newly created or resumed subscription order follows roughly the same schedule as above, and so will roast the very next available roast day after it's creation or resumption date.
