Not all items on an order will ship in the same box for a number of reasons:
- In order to ensure you are receiving your order at the fastest possible pace, items in your order may ship separately depending on what was ordered.
- Not all of our coffees roast and ship on the same day — some orders' contents will roast and ship on different days.
- Merchandise items on an order often ship out separately, each from its own dedicated fulfillment center.
We will send a separate shipping confirmation email for each package on an order (some email services group like emails together such that it makes it less than obvious that you have multiple emails for the same order, just a heads-up).
But you can also see tracking for all packages on an order at your Order History page (be sure you're logged in first).
