The best thing to do is to return to the cafe and let them know about the issue. The cafe team is best equipped to remake, fix, or address any issues with your order and can do so right then and there.
If you are unable to return, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your purchase and we can try to assist you with your cafe order. Please share the cafe you visited, date of the purchase, and last four digits of the card used so we can help you quickly and efficiently.
If it is has been more than 48 hours from your order we are unable to offer a refund.
