First, make sure you’re logged in. You’ll know you’re logged in if you click the person in the upper right hand corner of the website and see your email in the account pane
This should be the same email that all communication about your subscription goes to from Blue Bottle.
From here if you’re still not able to view your subscription in your Subscription Dashboard then we recommend clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser. You can find a quick guide to how to clear these for your specific browser here.
Once you’ve cleared your cookies and cache, try viewing your Subscription Dashboard again.
If your subscription is still not visible please reach out to us at support@bluebottlecoffee.com so we can make any changes to your subscription and escalate your issue to the appropriate teams.
