According to Fellow, this might be a result of intermittent noise in the electrical control system, often caused by other high-voltage electronics or appliances on the same circuit.
We’d recommend trying the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Make sure the Ode is on its own outlet and not sharing one with other appliances (especially a high-wattage one)
2. Reset the Ode by unplugging it, waiting a full 5 seconds, and plugging it back in.
